Allison was fantastic. Her kind friendly support was throughout my whole order process, but upon receiving my order, the boxes that had been extremely damaged. Sadly this is where my support ended. The quality of these tees are fantastic, but there was no responsability by this company for a shipping issue, therefore I will not be making any future orders. I wasn't too keen on the cello bags provided but the tshirt sample was pressed lovely.

However, we have also reminded after shipment that if the packaging is confirmed to be damaged when signing for the package, please refuse to sign for it and claim compensation from the logistics company. Because if China claims compensation from Australian logistics companies, the logistics companies usually do not handle it. But you signed for the goods in advance. And we hope you can provide the product video to confirm the loss of goods so that we can confirm with the workshop. You haven't provided it either. We are willing to provide customers with more comprehensive after-sales service. We have also agreed that free replenishment for subsequent orders. Because a refund of USD3.15 will not bring us any profit. But the procedures are very complicated. Sorry for any inconvenience again. We still hope to have the opportunity to continue our cooperation
